Welcome to the Public Demo

This is a live demonstration of our status page platform. You can explore all features, create incidents, manage components, and experience the full admin interface.

Shared Environment Notice

This demo is shared by all visitors and resets automatically every hour. Any changes you make may be seen by others, and will be reset periodically.

Please be respectful of other users and avoid entering personal information or offensive content.

Automatic Demo Reset

To ensure a clean experience for all visitors, the demo environment resets automatically:

  • Maximum session duration: 60 minutes from your first login
  • What gets reset: All components, incidents, settings, and customizations
  • What stays: The demo returns to a clean, pre-configured state with sample data

Why resets happen: Regular resets prevent clutter, remove inappropriate content, and ensure new visitors see a well-organized demonstration of features.

Disabled Features in Demo

Certain features are intentionally disabled in this public demo to protect both the platform and all visitors. These are not bugs — they are security measures.

Security Settings

Password changes — Prevents lockout of other demo visitors
Two-factor authentication (2FA) — Would block access for all visitors
Backup code regeneration — Related to 2FA restrictions
API key creation — Prevents unauthorized external access

User Management

User deletion — Maintains demo data structure
Password resets for other users — Protects demo consistency
2FA resets for other users — Related to security restrictions

Data Management

Full data deletion — Demo resets automatically instead

Content Moderation

Profanity filter active — Offensive language is blocked
Character limits — Prevents abuse of text fields

Text entered in component names, incident titles, descriptions, and other public fields is automatically checked. Inappropriate content will be rejected.

Network Monitoring Restrictions

Private IP addresses blocked — 10.x.x.x, 172.16-31.x.x, 192.168.x.x
Localhost addresses blocked — 127.x.x.x, ::1, localhost
Internal hostnames blocked — *.local, *.internal, *.lan, *.corp
Link-local addresses blocked — 169.254.x.x, fe80::/10

Why this matters: Allowing private IP monitoring would let anyone use our demo to scan internal networks, probe infrastructure, or conduct reconnaissance on private systems. This could be used maliciously to map corporate networks, identify vulnerable services, or launch attacks against internal resources. Only public internet addresses can be monitored in the demo.
